When Waste Nations receives a leads from businesses looking to solve an immediate waste need, we evaluate them for authenticity and size. Once verified, local waste haulers are sent the customer information via email.

How many contractors receive each lead?
Waste Nations limits the number of contractors who receive a lead to four but is usually less depending on area.
How much does a lead cost?
The cost for a lead varies based on the size of the lead. Leads are separated into small leads are no charge, one time service leads are $14.00 and ongoing service leads are $25.00.
Is there a membership fee?
Yes, there is a yearly fee of $79 to be a member of the service network.
When will I be billed for the leads?
At the end of each month you will be sent an invoice with the activity on your account. A charge will be placed on your credit card for all leads you received in the month.
How do you set up my service area?
We use unique three digit zip codes to define service areas. This is the first three digits of the zip code. This gives you the ability to get a very accurate service area.
What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your membership simply notify us and we will discontinue sending you leads immediately. You are only responsible to pay for the leads you received.
Do you have a lead return policy?
Yes, in the event a vendor receives a lead that does not match the parameters that they have detailed in their profile, the lead can be returned within 2 business days and the Vendor will not be charged. Please review our lead return policy.
